Video Tryout Submissions Accepted!

Flare Teams

  • Dancers with birth years 2016-2019 are eligible for this team.
  • Teams: Pom, Lyrical, Hip Hop
  • Weekly Practices: Mondays
  • Monthly Practices: 1 Sunday per month
  • Summer Camps Required: 4 days in August
  • Local Performances: 3 (Worthington)
  • Travel Competitions: 5 (Sioux Falls, Sioux City, Minneapolis, Wisconsin Dells)

Blaze Teams

  • Dancers with birth years 2010-2015 are eligible for this team.
  • Teams: Pom, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip Hop
  • Weekly Practices: Monday and Thursday
  • Monthly Practices: 1 Sunday per month
  • Summer Camps Required: 2 days August per routine
  • Local Performances: 3 (Worthington)
  • Travel Competitions: 5 (Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, Wisconsin Dells)

Platinum Teams

  • Dancers with birth years 2011-2004 are eligible for this team.
  • Teams: Small Pom, Small Lyrical, Small Jazz, Large Hip Hop, Large Pom
  • Weekly Practices: Tuesday and Thursday
  • Monthly Practices: 1-2 Sundays per month
  • Summer Camps Required: 2 days in August per routine
  • Local Performances: 3 (Worthington)
  • Travel Competitions: 7 (Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, Wisconsin Dells, Milwaukee, Chicago, Orlando)
